1 Egg white (beat until frothy)

2 tbsp Corn syrup, light

1 cup Brown sugar, dark (I used light)

1 cup Granulated sugar

2 tsp Vanilla

4 cups Pecans

4 tbsp Butter, unsalted (melted)
